I struggled trying to post my Wordle result but got it now
So......why are most posts the same colour ie green, grey and yellow but some people are eg black, yellow and green.
Just interested.

To do with phone settings. Some are set to 'Dark Mode' in low light conditions, and they switch to 'Light mode' in brighter conditions.

I use a browser (quick to flip between Wordle, connections, one word search & waffle - my daily brain exercise 🤣) and post mine from Chrome 🤷‍♂️

In the game settings, which you can find if you click the little cog icon, there is a switch for "high contrast mode". I use that because I find the standard colours a bit hard to distinguish.

Also I think different browsers may give different shades. But you'd have to ask someone with better colour vision than me about that.

Cigar was the first duplicate word a few weeks ago. Only the Wordle nerds actually noticed.
But it’s probably good that they will start repeating words.

Clearly, someone at Wordle Central has a British sense of humour - CIGAR was the first ever Wordle answer!
