today is a lovely day....or it should be. today hay fever got to me. I take beconase (a steroid ) which is great at stopping itchy nose and sneezing but it doesn't stop my eyes itching and today they are really itching. Usually shades is enough to protect my eyes but not today. If you are lucky enough not to suffer from hay fever will will never understand how I'm feeling right now!!
