Obvious answer is the car in front turns right forcing you to slow down or stop. But, could be anything really.
- Someone overtakes you and then has to cut back in sharply to avoid the car in front.
- Someone overtakes and then takes the left turn and cuts you up.
- A ped runs out from between the parked cars.

An escaped Elephant from the local circus bolts from the road on the left riding a unicycle whilst at the same time on a mobile phone to Max Clifford ?

The elephant is not wearing a helmet

I sat waiting for the end of the video and the answer.

I've no idea what will happen really.
At a guess the car approaching will suddenly pull over to your side of the road to avoid someone opening their car door.

The car in front reverses into the 'parking space' throwing its front end wide, causing you to veer inward...a noticeable massive primary at the commencement of your video, less so for passing the second car...and an obvious reduction in speed to enable you to be in control of your cycle when the dog that jumps out of the driver's side window goes for you!

Etc...

(I thought it was verboten to park opposite a road forming part of a T junction anyway?)

A few more likely possibilites have been covered, but here's a few more:

Poorish road surface with pronounced camber
Driveways to your left
Parked cars "forcing" road users into the opposing lane when passing on approach to junction and limiting visibility (peds, animals etc)
Parked vehicle on your right pulls out
Vehicle emerges from junction at speed into your path
Vehicles parked in front of junction, limiting junction access/egress
Distance you can see ahead limited as you near the junction
Car in freeze frame obscuring another road user (i.e cyclist, motorbike). etc

It is not strictly verboten as it is not breaking any laws. In this case the Highway code uses the words do not, so if anything were to happen you would be liable under tort law.

A streaker runs out into the road, you brake and come to a stop with your front wheel lodged in the bike rack between their cheeks?

Te A-Team van hurtles around the corner smashing through the cars, followed by a helicopter spewing a hail of bullets sending you and everyone scattering, but no-one ever dies in the A-Team hence you are still here posting the video?

From experience:
The two possible hazards are the approaching car and the left turn. Car ahead taking a right turn without signalling and cutting you up is the obvious one. Less obvious is something coming from the right. Could be a car at high speed, but more likely to be a bicycle cutting the corner and coming out of the junction on the wrong side of the road.

I'm ignoring the RHS, as there is more room, and more likely to be a problem for the car than the cyclist. Also my head would be higher, and therefore could see more than the camera can, so can't make a sensible judgement.

Of course it could be a set of badly maintained points on the railway just ahead, causing a train to hit the parapet and send some bricks down onto the road below, but probability is a bit too low for that one for it to be a sensible consideration.

There are 2 hazards that actually play out in this. I don't think it is quite obvious in the clip, but the car ahead is signalling. The other hazard is less obvious but just as important to consider none the less.

The other obvious explanation is that BentMikey arrives alongside, and is busy admonishing you for not using the right camera, when gaz arrives (at 37.265mph) from the opposite direction.
Mikey's remote control activates gaz's 'video destruct' mechanism and the scene ends with bits of cameras everywhere. Luckily, the person in the car opposite the junction is a qualified psychiatrist...and scarpers.

But. you got hthe numberplate on video...
