Headset bearing headache

I've a 2017 Canyon Ultimate CF-SL in my workshop in desperate need of a replacement lower headset bearing, the bearing that fell out had mainly disintegrated through rust but the measurements that I can make out on the vernier gauge are 44mm(outer) and 37mm(inner) approx. 6mm high, my headache is that nowhere can I find a replacement bearing I've tried AireVelos who normally are the best but they can't help nor can any Canyon forums and sites......can anyone advise? fingers crossed
