Headset bearing replacement

I'm trying to replace the headset bearings on my Orbea Aqua T23 . It has a 1 1/8 semi-integrated steel headset.
The bearings have become worn and rusted and need replacing. I'm unsure as to which bearings will be compatible with my bike.
Any advice on this would be appreciated.

If you can get at the bearings, there are useful numbers and letters printed on the side, unless worn off... That tells you what's needed.
