Heart rate monitor not found in BKool software

Hi, I recently replaced a classic trainer with a BKool Pro and although I can connect the trainer without any problems I can't connect my Garmin heart rate monitor. I have the same issue if I use Zwift. The hr monitor still works fine with my Garmin Edge and Forerunner.

Has anyone else had similar issues and know how to resolve?

Where is the ANT+ dongle? Is it closer to the trainer than your Heart Rate Monitor?

Have you tried manual pairing?

I use an extension so it's just on the ground beside the trainer. I have tried manual but it just doesn't find it
