I use the Finish line Wet at the moment, seems to do the trick.

With cleaning it depends on a lot of things, I like it, it isnt a chore most of the time, got the Cannondale hybrid cleaned at the weekend, was filthy, I jet washed it, took the rear Deraileur apart and greased inside the jockey wheels, oiled the chain and then used GT85 on anything else, looked like new and I swear it extends the drivetrain life, after 3000 miles there is only minimal wear and it all operates as it should, had to change the right hand shifter though, it stopped returning and I took the unit apart and anything that ejects springs as part of the dissasembly is never going to end well so trotted off to the LBS and £30.99 later I had a new one as I couldnt be arsed farting about for several hours, them closing and me not having a working bike for the morning, twenty minutes to fit and all good so far.
