Anyone playing this? I am a few hours in and just wondered what everyone's storylines are like?

Is it as clever as they would like you to think it is?

If you have to ask, you cannot help MacB!

Heavy Rain is a new game for the PS3, its a crime thriller that is supposed to change and have multiple scenario's and endings depending on your decisions and actions through the game. The action is rather far apart but the game is strangely addictive!

So far I have managed to lose my son in a shopping mall, get him run over, have my wife leave me and my other son (who I am struggling to bond with due to paranoia and black outs) kidnapped by the 'origami killer' all within the first hour!

not yet any good?

It is suprisingly hypnotic and engaging, you have to drive a car the wrong way down the freeway, fight with armed robbers and pimps, showering naked women and changing babies nappies it actually keeps making me want to play more and more.

I got it this weekend, and it is very addictive. It's a bit like reading a book which you don't want to put down. "Just one more chapter then I'll go to bed"

It is a bit slow at times, but so far it's a very good story, and makes a change to all the shoot em ups and hack and slash games around.

Have you replayed any chapters yet, because you weren't happy with the outcome?

Not yet, was going to play the whole game and see what happens then replay it!

I am hoping that if I don't fumble for my change when paying the clown so much my son would not have been run over and my marriage would not have broken down!

On paper I should be bored by this game, but it is strangely addictive!

I got the impression that that was part of the storyline. I think your change would still be in the last pocket you look in.Although perhaps going straight for the door would make a difference?

It would be interesting to see what happens if you do things differently, so I will need to play it again.

I thought I would get bored very quickly when I realised the speed of the game, but it is strangely addictive.

Or perhaps you're getting older and just need a more sedate pace to meet your abilities:evil:
