I couldn't get used to any of the female Blue Peter presenters after Lesley Judd left. But I think I could get used to their current presenter, Helen Skelter  I saw her on telly over the weekend raising money for Sport Relief by trekking to the South Pole. So I look her up on Wikipedia, and she's only run the Marathon de Sable, a 78 mile Nambian ultra marathon, as well as kayaking down the Amazon.

She's a tough lady, a good presenter, full of energy and looked pretty damn hot in a yellow dress at the Hay Festival last year:wub:

She is without doubt my ideal woman:smooch:( I hope my wife doesn't read this), I've crashed my yogurt truck a few times whilst watching her.

xx(

Helen Skelton is lovely and all, but I didn't need to read that!

Bonnie was one dimensional. Petra was OK, but Shep was always going to be The One.

^_^

Which may be all very well, but I only remember Bonnie and the others after her.

Actually, that isn't quite true, I do remember an Alsation (I think) just before/at the same time as Bonnie, but I was too young to appreciate its doggy ways.

I'll need to look it up and find out what one that was.
Petra came before Shep. Petra was rubbish, and he got a bronze bust in the Blue Peter garden. Shep was a dog god, and he got nothing.
Actually, I realise that if Shep left with Noaksy, then it must have been either Bonnie or Goldie I remember after all  (where the heck did that Alsation memory come from?).

Anyway, that is bad about Shep, although, the name reminds me of some sort of code, a bit like HAL, or one of the (other) southern region EMU designations

What would S.H.E.P stand for anyway?? ^_^
