I haven't posted much ( if at all) in so long so just thought i would log on and say hi hope everyone is well and if in the stormy areas of the UK ( I am ) hope you are surviving without too much damage

Yes same here, winds incredible, dog terrified and went upstairs and wet the bed!! Fortunately not mine, the guest bedroom bed, but all changed now

Yes I will pop on a bit more often, sorry I went a bit awol indeed. I am still cycling and enjoying along with runnning now too and power walking

Good to be back indeed

Telemark my first bike was the MTB that I got just over two years ago, then I got the Merida Hybrid, then the Merida carbon Fibre road bike, followed this year by an unbranded but very nice winter road bike ~ I love them all
