Thought id post up here just to introduce myself!
8 months ago, i topped the scales at 19 stone. Sat on the sofa in my gaff in Manchester, playing my xbox sinking another beer i decided to do something about it! So i got on my Ridgeback MX5 and huffed and puffed my way round the streets! At the same time, i signed up to do the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride as something to aim for. Roll forward to now, im a healthier 16.5 stone but had the unfortunate occurance of some kind hearted scum robbing my bike! Needing something to train on and use for my ride, i popped round various cycle shops and stumped up the cash for a Specialized Allez.
Ive rode it for a couple of days and absolutely love it! Its the best bike ive ever owne and ive had a lot of fun on it in the last couple of days! Anyways, it seems like a decent, well informed site which im enjoying browsing, and hopefully ill enjoy posting too.
