Hi everyone. My name is Dan and I have recently started cycling in an effort to get fit. After a the obligatory aches/muscle tears, etc one would expect from returning to cycling (or any form of exercise) after a twenty year gap, I now cycle roughly ten miles a day come rain or shine. My goal is to be able to complete the 'Guild Wheel', which is a twenty one mile circuit of my home town Preston, on a daily basis by Christmas.
