Hello!!!

I'm from South East Essex and the proud owner of a very orange Boardman ADV 8.9!!

A very nice, even almost very comfortable bike!

However the FSA bottom bracket is driving me mad.

I have posted a few questions for an 'idiots' guide on which bottom bracket and chainset would be an ideal upgrade.

Its much better now with Shimano BB, crankset and better/less fragile tyres.

The OE tyres puncture if the wind changes!!
