Hello from London

Hey, just signed up thought I best not be rude and not say hello before I ask for help fixing up my bike. Im a student living in Fulham in London with a second hand 08 Specialized Sirrus with issues.

I keep trying to fix it, get my hands all black and not achieve much (everyone makes it look easy on youtube)
