Thought I would just post here to introduce myself.
I have enjoyed cycling in the past but usually went running. However after getting serious shin splints my Doc has aid I cant run til next year, so I thought I would get back into cycling. I am hoping that next year I can combine the two and do some trialathons too.
Am going to give up my little mountain bike and get a road one - but I think some helps needed there (I will post in the beginners and riding section for that so please have a look!) and hope that I can really start to enjoy the roads again!
Any advice is happily accepted!
