Just getting back in to cycling after many many years (time to get healthy).
Live near St Austell.

Hello, I remember fondly my 3 speed commute from Bodmin to Bugle come rain, hail or shine. Welcome.

Hope you like hills ! .Took the bike Cornwall in July found it very hilly and very interesting riding on the narrow lanes but enjoyed it . welcome and good look . The tourist office do a cycle route map I found quite useful £5 I think show suggested routes .

Wifes banned me from the roads so sticking to bike trails at the moment.
