Hello, I'm back.

Not been around for over a year as I went through a bad phase of depression and put my bikes in the shed and locked them up.
But today I got my Giant Defy out pumped up the tyres, freed up the jammed front derailleur, adjusted every thing and went out for a 6 mile ride. Now everything hurts but it appears I can still clip in and out without falling off
Guess it will take a while before I'm back doing 100 milers, but good to be back.
