Hi Jason,Cracking video! Please tell me what that is filmed on and how? Thanks
I did smile - All I could think of was the cop eyeing me up down his lens seeing my cheeky grin :PI would have waved at them at least.
Nice film quality.
Drafting of a Cop Car! Now that would make a great Vid!I managed to overtake a police car yesterday on my TT bike. He was doing 20mph, just cruising checking out people walking and I passed him doing just under 30. I heard him speed up and follow me, and at the next set of lights he pulled alongside and told me I was looking good, turns out he's a tri-athlete and always keeps an eye out for fellow bikers. He then told me to hold primary down the next stretch and he would shield me with his car (as it's very busy with lorries and slightly downhill tempting people to do bad overtakes). Needless to say no-one overtook the cop car and I got a clear run for 2 miles at close to 35mph. Gave him a thumbs up at the end, it's nice to know some police are such nice people.
I think you can get a fine and done for inconsiderate\Dangerous riding ?you cant get a speeding ticket on a bike
Riding furiously but its not a speeding ticket but hows a speed camera going to trace you ?I think you can get a fine and done for inconsiderate\Dangerous riding ?
If they can convince the court that you're riding inconsiderately and/or dangerously. But that's a lot more work than putting an FPN in the postI think you can get a fine and done for inconsiderate\Dangerous riding ?
Hmmm, I got some verbal of one some years back where a cam car radioed his mate who pulled me over and gave me a warning. I was also told later that they could give an on the spot fine but I could be mistaken.Riding furiously but its not a speeding ticket but hows a speed camera going to trace you ?
You would like too think so :-D and is probably the case. More effort than it's worth. If they can convince the court that you're riding inconsiderately and/or dangerously. But that's a lot more work than putting an FPN in the post
Pretty sure that either you were or they wereI was also told later that they could give an on the spot fine but I could be mistaken.
