Hi all
My first post after about a 5 year gap. Have just started cycling seriously again after a large gap. Long work hours and family responsibility have kept me a way from cycling quite a bit. Plus a bit of a nasty accident put me off road riding for a while.
Anyway, Have been getting out when I can. Riding between 10 and 20 miles around the Essex countryside. Using the MTB at the moment, But need to get the roadie back together and get out on it.
Looking forward to swapping stories and advice with you guys!
