Hi newbie from the tropical region of North Lanarkshire.I have been cycling since early 80's and still loving it.My current commute is 35 miles round trip from Motherwell to Glasgow in all weathers,I know I must be a NUTTER. Great site and info.

Thanks Paul and Pat.My roadbike has done me well over 7 years but time and potholeled roads means I can get a new one soon .Well if the wife agrees!.As for bike shops I do like Dales and have frequented them for over 20 years.
