Hello all, I've registered on this forum just to post my ad but it says
"(You have insufficient privileges to reply here.")
What to I need to do to get those privileges? Thanks.

You need to have posted a certain number of messages. The facility for posting ads is intended as a service to people who contribute to the forums, not as a free message board for anyone to advertise. That's way ebay and the like are for.

So until you have made some contributions to the forums by posting about cycling, no ads!
