Hello, i've been a member a while. Been thinking of getting a bike for ages, not ridden one in years, gave my last bike away it was a typical ladies bike not very fast only 3 gears lol
I'm mainly a runner but looking to do some cycling too, it will be handy to get about

Went to shop today had a look talked to one of the guys asked questions saw some nice bikes. Didn't buy anything stuck to my guns. There's another shop thats recomended by some running pals i shall look there later in the week. See whats on offer there its a little bit further out but shall have a look anyway.

Yes, well as the name says Jog. Done 27m so far this week, mainly around the South Downs hilly trail running and some along the Thames. Have you signed up to Fetcheveryone its the best running site going....
