Hi just joined, have been riding as a commuter for the last 6 years on an old MTB and about 18 months ago got a second hand road bike which is superb and have the maxim of when I get in the saddle I wont get off till have done 30 miles. Recently got a new MTB and have clocked an average of 25 miles per ride with last two at 30 plus each. Treat a ride as therapy and escapism and cant think of a better way to chill.
