Not sure what you mean , the way I read it you are having the straps of the helmet over the arms of the glasses.
I always ride with the arms of the glasses on the outside so it is not affected by the helmet at all, and also makes it a lot easier to take on and off whilst riding.

This is an issue with the plastic cradle at the rear of the Kask helmets. You cannot wear oakley jawbones, for instance, with these helmets. The sky pro team have the helmets modified for this reason.
You will probably have to use different glasses to get a comfortable fit.

I wear my eye protectors under not over my helmet straps,i always have done. I find that the straps hold them in place.
