Help! Bikes for new-to-be cyclist

I Iooked at this bike too but was put off by promax brake reviews. .. But maybe the models do vary enough to warrant more investigation

got them on my 105 disc, nothing wrong with them, and even so, worse case, a set a bb5 are pretty cheap and will fit straight on.

So far mine have been ok, maybe need better pads but so far so good and trust me i am no lightweight, and some of the hill around here are silly. They stopped me on my ride today when i clocked 38.5 mph.

Right, I'll def have to consider that one then.
I never thought I'd ever buy a grands worth of bike... Especially as I'm not a cyclist... Not yet anyway
