I can get Racelites from the LBS for that price, and no delivery costs.

Vittoria are quite liked iirc. Never used them myself though. Anything of Rubino standard should be good though.

i've got vittoria rally tubs on a bike and they have been good, although the bike only gets out occasionally, as seen in my sig (vintage claud)

schwalbe luganos out there for £10, a bit lightweight but perfectly serviceavle if you;re on a budget, I reckon that's as cheap as you can go without getting silly

Colleague of mine at work has Vittoria Randonneur (£20-25 a pair?) and they seem pretty reliable. His original tyres were basically a tea towel wrapped around an inner tube - deflations twice a week, with the Vittorias nothing in over 6 months (probably cursed him now...

)
