Help identifying this antique french bike?

I saw this pop up really cheap on eBay so I bought it on the off chance it might be worth something. I know quite a lot about old British bikes but nothing whatsoever about French ones. I do know that it is very old, I'm guessing 1920's or 30's but it could possibly be older. This is the only picture there was. Can anyone tell me what make it is or age or a rough value?

I can't advise on the make or model but it's got the makings of a lovely bike. Nice unusual frame design

I bought it to sell on I really don't know what I will get for it once I have cleaned it up but for £30 i guess i can't go wrong.

Going by what appears to be chrome plate remnants (I may be wrong), no earlier than mid 20's.

Is there anything on chain-wheel (lettering), & what does the head transfer say?. I would hazard a guess at 1930s. Most French lady's machines had a 'Serpentine' type frame.
