Help in identifying 1920's bicycle. (previously 2920's ...)

Hi I have several large frame bicycles at the moment. I'm pretty sure that they are all late 20's or early 30's bikes. I know what make they all are apart from one of them. Here are some pictures of it. Could anyone help me identify it please? And also confirm what age it is too?

no idea, which doesn't help but it looks like a cracking project.
