Help indetifying Carlton frame

Hi, I'm new to the forum and vintage bikes. I'm looking for some help identifying this Carlton frame. The seller told me a previous owner had repainted it so I'm unsure on it's original paint job. The frame number is stamped on the back of the seat tube and reads: NB5202545.

1975 frame from Nottingham, half chrome forks without a rear centre pull braze on, don't recognise the colour though but the frame I think is a Continental.

A Continental, 74 onward, would be my bet too, however that frame number should start with a W. It could well be a Europa, although without checking , I think it used CP brakes... and no chrome. Always hard to tell when something has been repainted, the fork could even be a replacement. That said its a nice little set up and deserves to be built up with some nice 70s kit.
