That shimano tourney is the lowest class of body kit, but the deore xt is already normal, well, etc. Why do I need this info, I do not know))
Actually the question is the following, I stopped at 5 models of bicycles. This bicycles is used, so I ask from experience to also evaluate the option of cheating, because It is difficult for a beginner to understand if a part is worn out or “in excellent condition, I have ridden a couple of times".

They all look reasonable.

I would pick model two, it's the best value, has mostly Shimano kit, and 650b is probably more popular now than 26", so you will have a wider choice of tyres when they need replacing.

Fair bit of surface rust on the 'unused' Cube, so it probably has been sitting around in the owner's garage for a year or two.

Bicycles don't like lying unused, stuff seizes, so that bike might need some work to get everything working smoothly again.

GT are well thought of.

My local bike shop has sold them for years as their budget offering.

Spending a bit more would get you a lighter bike, but probably not a much better one in terms of equipment.

Around this price the main benefit of spending more money is lighter weight, but the equipment is similar.

The GT is 14kg, a bike for £200 or so more might be a kilo or two lighter, but similar in other respects.

It's good fun looking around, but you need to be careful not to drown in a sea of options.

Any of the bikes you've listed would suit, they are all decent bikes.

There's not really such a thing as bad bike in your price range.

All you need to be wary of when buying second hand is faults or poor maintenance.
