Help Needed

Hello Guys,

I don't know much about cycling but I have a group presentation so I thought what better than to ask in a cycling forum for help. Basically I need to test someone in the following areas

vO2 Max
Power:Weight ratio
Cycling Economy
HR Zones
Anaerobic threshold

I was wondering how I go about testing someone in these areas and what tests will be optimal ?

For what purpose would be a good bit of info...

HR zones, stick them on a turbo trainer or rollers with HR monitor one and get them to work at various intensities for set periods of time, repeat.
not much idea, in my tired state, for the others!

Literally that was all the info we was given he wants all those information given
I think I mean is this that often we get asked in this section by students doing research for their studies and it's great to help out.

If, however, it's for a company then I'm not doing work for your organisation for free.

My guess is the latter so I'm out.

I can see why you wouldn't do the latter but I'm a sports science student
