I need your help, this is becoming an obsession!
Many moons ago I saw a tv sketch where Rowan Atkinson played an alien character in the guise of broadcasting to Earth. The sketch featured breaks in the transmission whereby you could see the picture but not hear the words, hence a disjointed speech that was funny because of this. Was it on Not the Nine o'Clock News maybe?
I have tried for ages to find a reference to this, or preferably footage on youtube or wherever but without success. I'm now beginning to think that maybe it wasn't Rowan Atkinson but pretty sure that it was.
Does anyone else remember this sketch and have a link to any footage? Or have I finally become senile?
