help please! Specialized Tricross 2012 or Sirrus Elite 2013 for commuting 10 miles but uphill on way

My Elite is a double compact (2013 model) so if you want a triple you may need a different years model, I've know idea what the 2014 model has.

The lbs is offering a 2013 version with triple rings - same deal as Evans have on at the moment - seems prices are really strongly fixed. I guess really good deals are hard to come by.

It's a top seller year on year. Best bet is to pay the price on the bike, but get as many freebies like lights,lid,gloves as possible
