Help please

I've just f**cked my right hand crank arm. First ride and I'd not tightend my pedal and the threads now very smooth!! School boy error *hangs head in shame
My question is the bikes fitted with Shimano R565 chain set is a compact 50-34. Can I change it for Shimano 105 5750 Hollow Tech II?
The left hand crank arm on mine is marked as Hollow Tech II.
I can't see why it's not interchangeable but the way my lucks going today......

Likely it'll be a straight swap, but you may have to re adjust your front shifter a little bit.
(I'm still on square tapered & have no intention to change. )
