Help Pleeeease - identify helmet light

1st off, apologies for the vagueness of my question.

I can only describe what I saw, but I really want this helmet light, so if anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

It's a rear helmet light I saw on a guy in Stretford the other day & I am not entirely convinced that it isn't part of the helmet itself.

It is sort of a softened/flattened out 'U' shape of L.E.D's, similar to the strips you find in rear screen of a car.

It's very bright & I suggest could only be ignored by the most massive of muppets.

Mmm, possible, but I thought (from what I could see) it looked a rigid structure.
