Re - Cateye Strada wireless CC-RD300W

Seeing as it's set to lash down all day, I've eventually got round to transferring my cycle computer from the crosser to the road bike and found that the mounting bracket isn't long enough to fit round the wider carbon bars of the road bike.

Has anyone got round this problem, do you know if Cateye sell a longer mounting bracket or have you devised another method of mounting the computer.

TIA.

Mine sits on the stem. You can swivel the inner part of the bracket through 90 degrees so that it's in line.

Has the bracket already been cut down to accommodate a narrower bar?

I think that's the answer to the problem - I hadn't noticed that it had been trimmed after fitting (LBS), but the end of the serated strap does look like it's been cut.

I just need to order a new mount, which I suppose is a blessing in disguise, as if I order a sensor at the same time, I'll be able to swap the computer over between the bikes.

Thanks for your help ^_^
