Help with inner tubes...

Hi, I am a bit new to cycling but I figured as my rides are taking me further from home it would be good to have an inner tube or 2 with me. My tyres have 700 x 25c printed on them, however the shop assistant has sold me Bontranger inner tubes that say 700 x 18 -23c on them. Was this a mistake on his part or will they stretch to fit?

A minor issue return them for 700 x 18-25c or 23-28c if you want

Also, It's worth practicing at least once at home too, taking the tube out completely and putting it back in so that if you get caught somewhere cold/wet youll a) know what youre doing and b) have the tools to do the repair.
