Help with mobile phone.

I have updated my Wileyfox phone yesterday and now people can't hear me when we talk unless I put the phone on speaker. How can I fix it ? I know some of you are proper technophyles so I hope you can help. Thank you in advance.

I think it might be a possible bug with the update. I would contact Wileyfox to see if they have anything they can do.

Though going by amazon feedback. Wileyfox's customer support sounds a bit iffy.

The update has most likely caused it - any way of reverting back ?

Never heard of them until now ! Garmin are notorious for buggering up the Edge with updates... you wait until tested.

I went back to factory setting and everything works now except the Mic, so far, needless to say, I won't be doing anymore updates.

Well, I tried all the different options and then phoned my wife with and without the speaker and she could hear me every time. Don't know which option did it though.

I went back to factory setting and everything works now except the Mic, so far, needless to say, I won't be doing anymore updates.

There's nothing wrong with applying updates...the trick is to wait for the mugs who don't know any better early adopters to test them out first...!

You should always do a factory reset (annoying as that is) after an android upgrade.
