Help with removing rear shock

Hi, got a 6 month old Giant with a clunking fox float ctd. Bike shop too far away so mojo say to simply send it to them to look at it.

Looking at the shock it appears to have two bolts but is It more complicated than that pls?!

No, it isn't complicated at all. It may help if you let the air out first, but all there is to it are those two bolts.

Yes, exactly the same. It may come back with the two eyes not aligned so it may look like the shock is twisted. That's not an issue since the two parts can turn infinitely around each other. Just put a screwdriver in the hole and twist.

However, NEVER attempt to open the "can" unless you know what you are doing.
