This was my last resort i dont have a clue on road bikes have been researching "TOP 10 ROAD BIKE, TOP 5 ROAD BIKES .ect." i just need the help of a community that knows what they are talking about

Perhaps you can post the specs rather than asking others to look for them

For £700, I'd want at least Sora gearing, if you hunt, you might be able to find Tiagra

The real issue is we are all different shapes and sizes and what is right for one can be horrible for another. I don't like black bikes so would never choose one, but it may be that the black bike is best for you What do your local shops have for sale? That's the best place to start...you have a selection of bikes from probably 5 of the biggest manufacturers in the world, a local shop must have some of them!

I have only ridden the Ribble and it does ride nice, can't comment on the others but you need to try before you but.

The spec is not as important as a quality frame that fits you. Most of the groupset will wear out and be replaced sooner or later but the frame will still be the heart of the bike.
