Help with the Strava app, please.

Can you guys explain a few things for the hard of learning please? Looking at the segment profile speed and %. Is the % relating to incline? Am running it on my iPhone, can I upload to iPad or will it just store daily ride on phone?

And yes, the % is the % incline/descent.

However you record your ride, once it uploads to the Strave platform, it will be available wherever you log in to Strava from, phone, computer, whatever.

Oh, you mean the month before the date?
Never noticed it. Don't care. One for the trivial annoyances thread? Strava is a US app which is unlikely to have multiple formatting.

Strava did previously have options for UK English (which formatted the dates D/M/Y) and US English (M/D/Y) for a very long time, but about a month ago they just went to one option for "English" and assumed everyone was in the US.
