Here is something I made earlier.

I spent my Saturday afternoon making a part for the owner of my LBS. He has a Giant recumbent and wants to put a childs tug along on the back of it. Unfortunatley the bracket that comes with it is for a seat post clamp and Giant doesnt have one, but it does have a rack on the back, so I have designed a 2 piece bracket to bolt onto the rack. Here is the bottom part of it:

If I get time after tomorrows ride I will machine the other part.

I know Gaffa tape is strong, but I don't think it is that good!

I only have a lathe in my garage, but I have keys to an engineering workshop for my own use!
