Just a passing comment really, i can't do it justice without pictures, i wished i'd had a cam in the car...
Driving today to get a new washing machine, a VW Golf came from a sideroad, lowered suspension, nice paintjob, wide wheels, impossibly thin sidewalled tyres etc etc...nice if you like that kind of thing , he'd obviously spent some appreciable time and money on it.

But...as i'm following him, i noticed him driving very erratically, veering side to side, suddenly darting 2 ft this way, then 1 ft that way.....then it occured to me, his suspension was so hard, his tyres so thin, he must have been feeling every lump of gravel in the road . He was literally zigzagging around avoiding EVERY lump and bump in the road.

Well... i hope he thought it was all worthwhile, but i suspect he was cursing as he was driving.

I drove my brother-in-laws Nissan Primera GT back from our workshop a few years ago after we'd fettled something on it, (again). He'd lowered the suspension on that, I while I only drove it 3 miles it was exactly 3 miles too far. The ride was jaw shattering, and God forbid if you hit a bump or drove over anything I feared it would shatter my skull

Nissan Prim GT's are quick....

These lowered cars are a mare. same with 23mm tyres...
