i have cycled twice now to the new forest area, as i said b4 my sis lives on the blackhill road, took me all day to get there, 150 miles in 1 day, once when i was 16 and again when i was 45. at 16, i was fine, but at 45, took me nearly 2 weeks to recover, but yeah it was great.
