I wouldn't mind but I had just bought a Garmin Edge Touring bike GPS now it's just sitting on the side for the next two and a half months.

Yeah, yeah but then you will use it, that outcome nay have been different in other circumstances, so keep planning and load a few routes.

Thank you one and all I am looking at slowly getting used to riding again from around the beginning of September (just as it gets cold and wet) and easing back into it over the Autumn/Winter so that by Spring I am up to riding decent distances.
