Hi, everybody
Just joined yesterday and wanted to say hello.
At the minute I'm just trying to talk myself into getting back out on the road, had an accident in January, still got a few physical problems (back etc) but it's a mental thing more than anything. Obviously my beloved Pinarello was a write off but I do have a Ribble Gran Fondo so I'm hoping in the next few weeks to persuade myself to get out there again.

Hi & :welcome: from The Peoples Republic of Mancunia.

At the risk of being too presumptuous, you look like you might be into Guitars/Drums, Rock &/or Metal, unless I am stereotyping you.

Anyway, you can get your fix of bikes & music if you like here at the Nut House.

Plenty of good people & good advice to be had & has helped me out quite often so far.

Hey Solitaire and welcome to the madhouse:welcome:

I damaged my back and hip due to 15 years of Muay Thai but cycling has helped strengthen it. Not sure of the nature of your injury but, what I did, was cycle, slow, flat and low gears and build from there. It does get better.

Thanks for that Cookie, I am determined to get back out there, so like you say, flat, low gear and just go easy, cheers
