Hi everyone, Thought I better join in after having "lurked" for a while. Great site with lots of useful info.
I restarted cycling last year having dug out my Raleigh Classic from the garage, state of the art in 1984, Renolds 531 tubing as used on the Spitfire and Lancaster bomber according to my LBS. However I am definitely more of Lancaster than a Spitfire these days. Thanks to my LBS the bike is back to a decent running order and if you see a middle aged man on a middle aged bike cycling through the floods on the Somerset levels with a big grin...give me a wave.
