I'm not jealous either. Much. Had a good few holidays in your neck of the woods. Great roads to ride on even if the only bike I had was a crock from a local hire shop.

If When I come again I'll see if I can sneak my bike along without the Mrs noticing.

Had a couple of good holidays near Alvor and Luz.

The one near Alvor we had access to the best swimming pool I have ever used. A large pool in a lovely setting looking out over the sea, a small cafe/bar at the side and best of all it was hardly used. There were times when we were the only ones in the pool pretty much all day.

I know it very well, that's the Prainha swimming pool, i used very much during school hollidays in the late 70's, because my mother was working in the kitchen of that restaurant.
