My name is Adeline and I live in Belgium. (My English is not perfect!)
I cycling since 2001. Especially road but I enjoy mountain bike ..
And i would love to start cyclo cross but not certain ...
And I ride with an Orbea Onix Dama

The Orbea Onix is a nice bike, I believe several CCers ride them.

Is mountain biking/ cyclocross popular in Belgium then?

I don't do any MTB'ing in Scotland(where I live) and we have hills/mountains everywhere - I much prefer cycling on the road and canal paths.

Cyclo cross is very popular because we have very good cyclist (Sven Nijs, Niels Albert ...) but mountain bike a little bit less ...
Road is really the most popular

Adeline, mountain biking probably hasn't caught on so much in Belguim because of the lack of mountains!

Years ago I had A weeks mountainbiking in the Ardennes near were they hold the belgian Grand prix. It was very enjoyable and some good riding. Welcome to the forum Adelene.
