Hi everyone!


My name is Alex, i've been trying to improve my fitness and health over the past 6 months or so just so I could get on a bike again. So far i've lost 3st 13.5lb and bought a bike on my work's Cycle2Work scheme (Boardman Hybrid Comp) and have this week started doing the 5 miles to work...and i'm loving it!

I'm here for some tips on bike maintainence (as i'm totally unschooled!) and general banter. :smile:
